And the same for smokes. If you destroy f.e. factory, smoke attached to chimney remains...

Default About lighs

Hello

The landing light from an airplanes illuminates the ground and objects, the lights in Stationary Öbjects don't. It is possible to fix this?

A row of aircraft destroyed, which produce smoke, the smoke has the same height. Have you noticed this behavior?

Missed that one as I have stationary shipping with smoke as well as lights.

Added to overall question/request.

Hi All, I have a question to Caspar or to anyone who has tested this in the IL2. Do the clouds (getting trough them) lower the engine temperatures?

And Also: Do lower temperatures (i.e. in winter maps) do affect the engine performance? I have tested the engine temperatures through long descent in winter maps and the temperature drops rapidly sometimes to minimal with no noticeable effect on the engine performance.

I believe the maps do affect engine temps.. I doubt if clouds do but I don't know.

Default More target options

Hello TD

In FMB there are several options in the Target list. How about adding another consisting of a crossing point to be determined at altitude with time. This point does not appear in the game when flying, this will be indicated with paper cones located on land or in water, like those used for racing airplanes.

In some games with planes, the player can see this point, it is usually yellow, but this takes away realism. Pylons are there as references.

Thank you

Not 100% reliable, but I don't think, that clouds have that effect.

But I know for sure, that height (air density) and season (outside temp) have both an effect.

But too cold engines will not perform different. Its not implemented (only overheat).

Yep, if so our engine will be decommpressing a lot after all our marvelous divings, specially at the begining of the war.
It will make following finish pilots expertise a lot more difficult.

Default Runways

Hello DT

Based on the video from: Update January 12th, 2013, you show some new objects, like runways. It is possible to add numbers and letters (L,R,C,W) to be located at each end of the runway? And to have other items like PAPI (Precision Approach Path Indicator) lights.

Another idea is to have "signs" that from the FMB the user can type any text.

A suggestion is to be able to control de music or to be played in randomized order.

Thank you very much.
