There's already one,
#191, but as you can see there, Pupo has an almost identical system setup to mine and cannot reproduce it at all - this was what made me wonder...
We need more supportive/contradictive evidence, ideas and proposals. I'd really like to now what is different in Pupo's setup - or any others where this issue does not arise.
