yes I have his

I had a file localization.pak (I took in men of war (and not vietnam. as in the tutorial)
I extracted with IZArc (the only software that I find to extract the .pak file)

so I do not understand :/

(# dlg_ingame.lng 29 kb can be made that I have the wrong version .... I had my game in steam)
