indeed i ment mine is generally lower than his by perception.

also lol ive angled my lcd monitor more upwards, and it looks better. so yeah theres possibly a contrast issue. i dont declare mine is correct but iam a graphic artist at heart so my sentiments surely mean somthing. and i like to look on the monitor directly with no angles. tilting the thing makes it darker and more contrasty.

the wonderfull thing about these HD lighting effects is that im pretty sure its all procedural in essence. but the config files are too complicated for me presently.

Terrain really looks good now.
With the new transparent shorelines, do waterlandings look better as well? from inside the cockpit/
I got those clouds experimenting with the "local weather" tab in the full mission builder. That whole menu is still not working right, but you can play and experiment with it. Some clouds look beter now, but for some reason it won't render them at longer range anymore, no matter how wide weather area create.

Which do you prefer? One on the left looks more like a photo, but the new sea color (r) is better. This is 13K ft over the channel.

The left one for sure, it's more realistic and the sea in the right maybe it's too opaque with much less "depth", I don't live in England but I believe that the English channel color couldn't be more light than Mediterranean (waiting for English guys on this).

Lol..dude believe it or not I havent messed around with this Pic..

I was flying a practice/testing mission in FMB when i looked at my AC externaly and this is what I found!

I had a couple of close shaves in combat so im guessing I somehow clipped both wings and ended up with this
