as a reference:

I get an average of 40FPS cockpit on mirror off (frees up around 5fps) low over London

Im running 1900x1220 fullscreen
SSAO unchecked
V-sync Checked
everything on max apart from Buildings amount LOW and building Detail MED
TrackIR5 running
No fraps
