Dumbed down - no way! This happened to Il-2 and I do hope that CloD will not go down that route.
Corrected - absolutely. The positive G cutout (which should have been a -ve G cutout) was IMO, with a bit of knowledge about engines and after reading the lengthy discussions, overdone. Making an RPM gauge which did not bounce around was not above the capabilities of 1930s technology. Definitely in the realm of corrections, still.
