OK just checked my conf ini in my English version.I only have a conf.ini in the steam apps,and even though I set Epi filter to off ingame,there was nothing about it in the conf.ini!
I manually editted it with 'EpilepsyFilter=0' and my fps went up from:
avg 25 / max 45 / min 4 to avg / 29 / max 53 / min 17

For some reason the line was not added automatically when using the ingame option!

Very nice to hear this, you have almost identical spec to my system, can you confirm EpilepsyFilter=0 and not EpilepcyFilter=0 because i read on another thread that, it only works with the 'C'. I'm going to try this right now!
