Okay, thanks for the info... but there are two locations for config files.
one, being in the Documents folder of the user's desktop (labelled 1C Softclub and the other, being in the Steam folder under Steam Apps/ common. which is the correct one? as both seem to (?) be used whether connection is made to the steamcloud or not. I am not Cloud connected and in offline mode
