As in ...
1.) Useful for offline players as well. 2.) Working in conjunction with the Ground Control AI. 3.) Working with the historical margins of error (read something about 300%?). 4.) Radar stations - just like all static targets - must be damagable ... right now the engine is not capable of assessing damage done to non-actors.
