Cant join to games in multi

Hi, I am from Poland, I have legal game Man of War... and have a problem whith multiplayer.

When I play in multiplayer there is many games but I cant join to them. Only from time to time there is active game where I can join

Should I install some patch to play whith the rest of people in multiplayer?

Help me please.
