Multiplayer questions

Hey,

I was playing multiplayer, and I have some questions and I would like to know if there is anyway of changing it,

-During Combat, can I choose more then 140 for CP? Cause I wanted much more than that,
-And how can I add more resources per minute? (because the max amount is 800, I wanted to know if there is any other way of putting it higher)
