obelisk in grey wastelands...

Hello everyone,

Can somebody describe where to find the obelisk in the grey wastelands? I looked near the necromancers house (a different thread described this as the location) but couldn't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Near the entrance from Magic Valley. When you see the road to the cemetary turn right. There is 2 paths down there.
