Tregum's Black Box Quest

Hi
i cant find the dirigible with the 'black box' in Arlandia.. there's one wreckage (called ghost-ship) but after i defeat ghost i can only recruit creatures, and theres no box!
where can i find that item

The dirigable is near the tower, where king's brother lives.

This quest is a nice reference to my favorite rpg Wizardry 8. There's a similar crashed ship/black box quest.
