1st Guilford nearly unpossible (Ice and Fire DLC)

I have been playing before the first Guilford fight on normal. I am a Level 29 Warrior and my stack is:

4 Red Dragons
3 Black Dragons
59 Demonoligsts
34 Executer
56 Paladin

Guilford has:
700 Archers
136 Paladins
560 Griffith
1950 Swordsmen
167 Witch Hunter
1 Knight

How should this be possible to win??? I give up!
