Southern Vinland?

Hi, I'm unable to find an entrance/map to Southern Vinland. I've completed every quest in New Kodar and Riftlands, killed every enemy troop.

Is it a portal from an area map, or are you given a map to reach it by boat? If the former, where is it?

Actually, there ARE vikings on Grotland - it is the unmarked stack that is wandering by the village. Talk to them and the unfolding chain of events will take you to Iceland

So I talked to the highlighted Viking troop in the village on Grotland, and that got me on the right path.
