Il-2 dynamic campaigns not working

I recently uninstalled lowengrin il2 dcg patched my il2 sturmovik from 4.09 to 4.10 then to 4.10.1, and then to 4.11, now when I select a campaign and click the green start icon, still nothing happens, sometimes I will hear a track skip in the background music but that is all, it is only the campaigns that say "dynamic campaign for german pilot" for example that do not work, other campaigns like "the rebel" for example do work, I suspect that one of two things have happened, either there is still a fragment of the lowengrin il2 dcg somewhere in my files, I have checked over and over again and cannot find any, it is possible that I may have also deleted part of the game on accident, either way I don't know how to fix it. I'm going to keep trying to fix the issue but I would really appreciate some help.
