Stuck on Tungsinn Island

Hi all

I´m stuck on tungsinn island. Pretty much done everything on side quests including killing the black unicorn for which I did not get the black unicorn horn.

Now I´m stuck on "find why the orcs waged war on tungsinn".

Uch-Ygyr will not fight or talk to me although I can enter his tent, knud the warrior keeps telling me "olaf you´re back. Coming for the dress ?" and that´s it nothing else

Reentered all islands castles / kings and no one has anything new to tell me or task to give me (also still could not find queen amelia but read somewhere this is later still), also there is no glowing flag on any house on all the islands

I am lev 59 and don´t know what to do next

any ideas ?
