Default Just ordered this little bastard hotas for $45 (€33)

SPEEDLINK Black Widow Flightstick

Info at Amazon.co.uk

The German company

Check out the rudder control - two buttons on the throttle.
Has got Force Vibration too.

I read the reviews over at Amazon and some IL-2 pilots said it was kickass for that price.

Anyone here has experience that you wanna share with us??

I had good experience with a similar solution for rudder control in my old Saitek X45. You can also use gas/brake for rudder control from racing wheel if you have

I'll sure have a look at that later on when the new comp and stick has settled with the wife.

I have one of these and although it has a good feel to it there is an issue with the last 5mm or so of travel not being recognized in each direction on the stick. It may not bother you or it may annoy the hell out of you...

I used it for a brief period with IL2 then upgraded, and then upgraded and then upgraded, and finally upgraded again lol.

I didn't enjoy the rudder on the throttle in combat although it does work well especially on the ground.

The force feedback is just a shake but ultimately not a bad stick for the money.

Cheers

I have this stick, but the vibration didn't work in IL2 and still doesn't in CoD, maybe I have it set up wrong though =/

EDIT: Should probably say, I'm still using it, it's awesome ^^

Thanks all for the feedback. Stick is arriving monday. It's no money so might as well give it a go. It'll sure as hell beat flying with keyboard.
