KBscanner on darkside and question on unreturnable maps

Hi, I have just started playing Darkside and I have 2 questions.

How to use KBscanner on save games in DarkSide?

I cannot find loc_ses.kfs and so I put loc_data_eng.kfs in the search path.

I save the file named data to a zip file and rename it to data.sav

But the scanner cannot find anything.

Another question is:

Are there any map in this gamme like Arania in WOTN which:
1. you cannot return later (and kill the enemies you left there)
2. would be cleared off all left over enemies and than regenerate some other enemies like Arania in WOTN after a certain event.

A third question is:

Do leadership flag has fixed value of leadership no matter you pop it at any stage of the game?
