gunners how to?

I have tryed to get in a gunners set and can't. I have tryed different keys to get in the gunners set and can't. How do you get to the gunners view?

I have seen a video of being in the gunners set so there has to be a way to do that.

Also is the holes being shot in the front glass of a plane only seen in MP? I have not seen that effect other then in MP.
