Beta patch woe

Can any one confirm that the second mirror link RAR works? have downloaded it twice and (hopefully) sent it to the correct location but the version stubbornly stays the previous one. I tired the 1C link and after a very long download the file was corrupted. rapidshare doesnt work so at this rate I may have to wait until monday
