Dx10 card but the game seems to run in Dx9

Is it only me - when I run the game Fraps says it runs in Dx9 (on the LCD applet for my Logitech keyboard) - even though I have a GTX275 (Dx10 card), Windows 7 x64 and the conf.ini is set to Render=D3D10_0

EDIT: My bad... It was the C# GUI running in Dx9 the actual game is running Dx10... But still - someone posted another Render=D3D10_43_x64 setting or similar here but I can't find it - anyone knows?

I too would teally like to know about this, seems like its Direct X 10 -64bit
