Kings bounty: The Legend Crashing

The game crashes all the time and this is the error I am getting.
./bmrender/rmode.cpp(5441):directx call failed: -1,-1, e-fail

I am running window 7
Geforce 9800 gt

Can anyone help me out with this problem
