Considering that the first releases came on september 3rd, I don't understand why you guys don't order in the countries it is out for a week now. The ps3 games are location free so do not hesitate. Order it in the UK or in France if you cannot wait.
I got mine on sept. 2nd but this time I was lucky enough to be in the first concerned countries
