when you are in a fight just press the ps button then go to photo's and there you can take screenshots

I allowed a FW to get on my six while I flew straight to see if it could shoot me down and as I returned to normal view I was greeted by another enemy fighter coming directly at me, firing. I don't know if they collided but I could see the FW was heading for the ground on fire.
