We´ll add the Japanese to DCG when the SP/MP 1.16.4 patch has been released.
Later the Italians will be added as well (we are currently working on new vehicles for their nation). I´m almost 100% certain that you do need to do changes to the code in main executable to get a new nation into DCG (but then, I´m not a coder, only a 3D modeler/mapper for the mod). ~Zeke.
