Landing Gear Failure?

i managed to pull one off today on a field during the Red Cliffs Of Dover Mission, i was on simulator setting, with a gaping whole on my left wing causing me to slump to one side. The plane was loosing fuel, so i thought i might as well try . the only thing that went wrong was that my propeller broke :L. You just have to keep enough speed so that you aren't dropping rapidly and then skim the ground carefully to stop
