So guys, without trying to sound stupid, is this T-flight Hotas for PS3 really any good? I mean does it work well on the PS3, whats the quaility and build like? And are there any alternatives worth considering?

Hi Dar-kaus.

I am not really an expert on this subject but from what I understand there are basically two available flight sticks for ps3, the T flight Hotas and the Saitek Aviator.

The aviator doesn't have the HOTAS control and from what i've read so far in the thread about the 360 version of it our Xbox brethren aren't too enthusiastic about it.

Plus Anton mentioned somewhere using the Hotas for the ps3 himself, so I assume the game devellopers themselves might prefer the T flight over the aviator.

Prices for the two of them are pretty identical.

Perhaps someone has used both sticks and can share their opinion.

I've had hands on with the Tflight and would get one if they were out for the 360--I have an aviator which is better than no stick-for the sony I'd say the Tflight seeing as its almost the same money ... anyone else

I have the AV8R for ps3 and there is a dead zone in HAWX which I didn't care for, and the AV8R seems kinda cheaply built. I will be getting the Thrustmaster hotas stick soon though.

Ace Edge rocks. Best flight controls for Xbox 360, hands down. Picked one up 2 weeks ago from gamebaz.com. The black Hori EX. Works ok with Ace Combat, works perfectly with BOP.

Sorry to bother you guys as a silly little new member, but I've searched all over and can't seem to find any information as to if BoP is going to support the Saitek X52 HOTAS system on the PS3 version. Has 1C released any lists of supported hardware? I'm really not in the mood to buy another flightstick when I have this thing.
