Saw NecroVisioN Lost Company on some site lists of 1C games aswell, any info on it? Loved the first one.

has the second "undisclosed projects based on world class IPs" (i assume the 1st being Majesty 2) mentioned in this 2007 press release been announced yet? just curious.

It is a prequel, and it is not officially announced yet. More info will be later this week.
