When they are close enough to the ground they won't bail
 Also Anton stated somewhere that for bomber crews (I guess you talk about the He-111 in the demo) had a higher chance of survival compared to fighter pilots who were literally sitting behind the engine. Another question would be if you can shoot the parachuters
