well, people in sales, marketing, product development....pretty much anyone related to selling stuff-including politicians...

yes, no blackouts is a shame but not worth busting a blood vessel over... and theres always patches...
not on consoles , i have never seen a patch that actually adds or takes away a feature of that level in a game on consoles before and it wont change
