Be Thankful Microshit has a great warrenty program. I got mine back in 5 days. I have been through 4 ps3's ! and went through 3 of those in under one month ! They all had drive falure. The first one I used Sony's warrenty and it took them over 3 months to get it back to me !! After that I went over to my EBgames and got their in house warrenty on my ps3. That way I just took my ps3 over there and replaced it.

Just some advise , if you get a ps3 make sure to get the in store warrenty, They break more then the 360's do.
In my experience so far both of these systems are not built to last !
