I'm guessing no since Igor said the game will not be modable. But we will have to wait and see

well, change a simple skin (if that file is not protected or something) to have your own logo wouldn't be a problem if it has been designed this way.

Well, now I'm looking at Hard Truck 2 files, and there are almost no obvious files to modify. Only some configurations files, music, and that is pretty much it. Everything else seems to be packed/encrypted. So, if they build Rig'n'Roll in similar fashion, very little hope to modify it
