Here is my suggestion. Go to your local thrift shop. I'm serious. I went and got a microsoft racing wheel with pedals for 10 dollars. This baby. http://www.tweak3d.net/reviews/micro...l/images/4.gif
Its used and it looks used, but it works perfect, I have played PTTM with it. 10 dollars vs 100. Think about it. Of course if you absolutely must have gearshift, go ahead and spend a lot of money, but you can buy gearshift separately. Last edited by Ubaku; 05-20-2009 at 07:11 PM. |

Well its probably not only rotation angle, but also how hard it is to turn the wheel. A truck steering wheel is hard to turn. Also a real size truck wheel would be nice.
But until I can afford something better, this microsoft wheel is good enough. And yes I definetely want to experience the gears. I drive a regular car in real life, and its automatic. Don't even know how to drive manual. Would be fun to try. |
