I had the same problem. With the activation screen up, log into D2D. Go to my Account,Games. next to KB there is a code. Copy and paste it onto the online activation box. Stay logged into D2D. It should activate. If it dosent, go to support and select Activation Help. Somewhere in there is the means to contact Support. (A menu type form) They will get back to and help you. Hope this helps.
