Speech anyone?

I have sound but absolutely no speech.
I bought the english version because german is still not ready.
Without subtitles i would get nothing information ingame.
But the subtitles are way too fast, if i pick up a peace of paper i see the subtitles about 1 second and in cutscenes same.
I have no chance to read it that fast and so i only can guess what they want me to do.

I've seen german versions with full text and speech from torrents fully working.
The german version is not still released. So, where does that come?

I don't need german text or speech, but without speech of any language and written text showing up for less then 1 second this is not playable.

So people who downloadet their version get full experience but not me who spend money.

The reviews are talking about speech, so why do i even miss the folder with the language files?

EDIT: I found that the speech should be located at Cryostasis\Data\Sounds\voiceover but this folder doesnt exist there for me.

The fun is that the launcher from dvd starts with german, the setup is english and then there is nothing ingame.
