First I got a Dos window a couple of times but n Il-2, I went into task manager and there was a AntiMalware program running, I tried to shut it off but "process could not be completed".
I restarted my PC and I didn't get that DOS screen, but the AntiMalware program is still running in task manager.
And I just tried to start it again to confirm, and the DOS window did come up, (attachment), my monitor went to 1366 from 1080 but no Il-2.

also you notice it in the readme



if you don't want see console window you can repalce exe file like it describe in readme .. or just reinstall patch with second option - classic exe file.
