try to set 42 or 43 and try what you do before ..

if i remember correctly, in 4.11 with bomb reworking was added fuse mechanichs ...
and there was also settings for difficulty - bomb fuses.

and, again, if i remember all correctly .. in that fuses feature present some malfunction possibility with fuses till 42 ... i know that feature is present in VVS RKKA bombs .. just because i fly mosty on it side ...

so try to make a mission with more late year ... and see what will happen
