Steam has vesion 4.13.4m as the latest. I have figured out how to get to 4.14.1. Downloading the patch 4.13.4 - 4.14.1 as u suggest in 2nd post breaks the steam version.
First download game from steam which gives you 4.13.4 I had to download 4.14 http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=230290 then download 4.14.1 http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=230316 Works good and anyone with seam version should try this
