Mostly it's a fixing of issues of 4.13.3 ... so that is what we must do

Choosing advance menu in QMB instant CTD with 24-bit 2048 & 4096 Skins. 24-bit 1024 seems ok. This is with 24 bit on or off & even when adding the 24 bit class to mods folder and dll's to game root.

Therefor, now I have 28gb worth of 2048/4096 skins now useless in v4.13.4 Luckily I rolled it back to v4.13.3
