zoom out and above your plane looking directly down , you will see them, I can see them in the picture (top) you posted. I tried your settings and it made no difference with the exception I had more "jaggies" on aircraft edges. This is a low level screen shot and its hard to see the "rings" at this angle you need to be above. Okinawa Map
