Same problem for me and I couldn't find a simple solution in settings. What I did is create another user whose desktop is at 100%. When I want to use IL2, I switch to that user. No mouse problem there. (Make sure to update your Nvidia driver. It wouldn't work for me at 100% until I updated the driver. There was a new driver released in just the last day or 2.)

Thanks for that suggestion CLoyd,I've already tried that. Even got to the stage where I thought the modded version may be the problem but the same thing happens even with the stock game. All systems are up to date (running display driver 355.60 which is the latest).

cheers

Rick

Thanks to all who offered suggestions for me to try, I have now got everything OK thanks to a suggestion by Forager at mission 4 today.

Here it is for anyone else having the same problem in windows 10:-

Settings/System/Display.

Set slider back to 100%.

Boy do I feel a fool, I thought I had reset all controls that I had tried during testing but I had missed that one.
Once again thanks to all who had given me things to try.

Cheers

Rick

Well... that was what I was talking about. Now I'm looking for the other adjustment you made.
That same solution was posted before, here, someone suggested to make it a sticky. Maybe it is time to do so.

I have Win7 Professional 64bit. I downloaded Win 10 and got the 'blue screen of death.' Maybe Win 10 is just Win 8 with a number change: grin:
