Actually the no hope-wave ended with the 80s. Now is the age of moarning complain. Seems a lot of people are already there.

Yes good idea, hmmm well let me see, i am definitely not a 'no hoper' because i think BOB will come out, 'Brown nosed know it all' nope not me. An optimist, not really, more realist. So i will go with (d) someone who clearly has too much time on their hands.
