You need to experiment then.
Lacking a better suggestion, go with brute-force. Pressing every key, that is. Start with the top row (the numbers and the keys next to them), then the rest of the symbols (to the left and right from the alphabetical characters). In theory, you can safely leave out the functions keys and the alphabetical characters (unless you have special characters on them; try those). What language (keyboard layout) do you use? |

I use an AZERTY keyboard, Belgian (point).
The key above the TAB-key is ², but that one doesn't open the console in-game. My tilde key is accessed by pressing ALT GR and =, but, well, it is no surprise that this method doesn't work either. |
