yep, but those two quests are not the same case at all.

quest with ghost in verlon is in collision with quest from nearby castle (this guy want to kill ghost). so, if you look in the questbook, there is a word "collision" in one of those two quests. seems that its quite all the same which quest is better to choose, whatever.. they both offer similar amount of money/exp.

but, quest with peace treaty is different. there is no task collision at all. I loaded this position several times and noticed that its possible to finish succesfully second part of the quest only if your army is strong enough. otherwise he wouldnt agree. (avoided fight with barbarian who patrol on the beach and entered directly to barbarian chief, otherwise if i battle this patrol outside then chief never agreed with offer - tested more than 10 times). I just guess that this is coincidence with my army strength in this moment. (lvl7 impossible mage, leadership about 2200, all stacks maxed)..
