Nice ideas! I killed Bhaal (no-loss, Warrior, Normal) using just one stack of Gorguls, casting Magic Armor on them and then phantoming the heck out of them.

Due to their spear attack, they can attack Bhaal through his summoned troops, without fear or retaliation.

When I had killed them off, I used only the phantoms to attack Bhaal directly.
