I agree, its quite strange that AB500 and AB1000 are completely useless, while the smaller AB250 is devastating (if used properly of course)
AB500/1000 with AB250's bomblets would be awesome.

AB500 useless?? They're filled up with antitank bomblets - when used correctly against a dense column of tanks, they're devastating. My record is 14 T-34s and KV-1s with a single AB500.

I do of course support the idea of player being able to choose the "filling" of the AB's.

Agreed. I've been able to get a large number of tanks in a column with the right AB500 release.

I also do think that setting the option for what is in the bomblet would be useful. But the AB500 is far from useless... its very potent when deployed carefully.

Also agreed, I had some good success getting multiple tanks with a single AB 500. I was also able to kill multiple tanks from altitude with an AB 1000, but that takes a really big group of tanks and experimenting with the bomb delay timer and drop altitude.
