Don`t need to wait!
I found it: Several download-locations have a corrupt demo-version:
Now i got one (973 MB):
Check whether these files are in the archive:

data1.cab
data1.hdr
data2.cab
engine32.cab
layout.bin
setup.exe
setup.ibt
setup.ini

Now i can run setup.exe...

Try the NecroVisioN_French_Demo-zip.exe
