Lieutenants in level "Project Y"
In level "Project Y" all of the american officers where generic Colonels. I made the target person Colonel Scott Baker unique before. You remember. Now I replaced the rank insiginia of all other US officers to Lieutenant. See attached picture. Left original Colonel insignia Right new Lieutenant insigia ---
