I discorvered, that both, the white and the black american soldier, are using the same uniform with same rank and insignias. I would like to change one of them, so they look different, but I'm no military expert. Can somebody help me out? --- BTW I'm trying to add a new black male NPC to level Hotel. See attached picture below. ---
